Your First Visit

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to complete a New Patient form or fill out our New Patient form online beforehand.

*IMPORTANT: Any form submitted by email must be encrypted, to ensure it is secure. By submitting an unencrypted email form, you are consenting to an unsecured email. Alternatively, please print off the form, complete it, and bring it to our office.

Initial Examination

Your dentist will start by reviewing your dental and medical history and performing a comprehensive dental exam. This exam will involve a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any x-rays that may be needed. 

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will develop a long-term custom treatment plan for you based on your history and examination. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

  To schedule an appointment at Bearbrook Dental Centre, please contact our office during our regular business hours.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call us. Please notify us of any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days leading up to your appointment, we will send you automated phone, text or email appointment reminders. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Yes, free onsite parking is available to all of our patients. We are also easily accessible via public transit. 

Payment Options

At Bearbrook Dental Centre, we can help you navigate our payment options, so you can choose the one that's best for you and focus on getting the dental care you need and deserve. 

• Payment Methods

  You are responsible for any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance. These must be paid at the time of your appointment. 

  We accept payment by cash, debit, and credit card.

• Insurance Details

  For your convenience, we will electronically submit your claims directly to your insurance company on your behalf.
